Jasmin Rodriguez ('19) took a trip to Florida for Spring Break to be able to learn something educational and have fun. “I decided to go to Florida because I wanted to try something new and exciting; like seeing different animals,” Rodriguez said. “Also, I wanted to see if I can go five days without my mom.”

From visiting Florida for the first time to swimming with the dolphins, Rodriguez and her group did many activities that dealt with seeing different types of animals. “My favorite moment was going to the Chocolate Factory, and before getting there stopping at the dock and seeing the sunset and taking a lot of pictures,” said Rodriguez. Being able to experience new things is always interesting. Especially when it is during Spring Break and you are on vacation with all your friends, having the time of your life. Rodriguez, along with the Marine Bio Club, were able to experience something that some of us may never be able to do. Voyaging to a new place with your friends and taking pictures is something that Rodriguez and her friends will cherish forever.
