The my life club is also hosting “Denim Day” on Wednesday April 26th to show that you don’t have to be afraid of what you wear. Sexual Assault is a very serious thing. “Girls and guys shouldn’t be assaulted for what they wear.” Godinez says. The My Life club is raising awareness to increase confidence in our students here in Alvarez, and hope that they have the courage to come forward about sexual assault.
